Cancellation Policy – Nirvasya Herbal

At Nirvasya Herbal, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. However, due to the nature of our Ayurvedic and wellness products, please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

• Before Dispatch: You may request cancellation of your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. To cancel, please email us at info@nirvasyaherbal.com or call [customer care number] with your order ID.
• After Dispatch: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to the non-returnable nature of our products.

Auto-Cancellation

• In rare cases, we may cancel your order due to unavailability of stock, payment issues, or logistical constraints. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.

Refunds for Cancellations

• If your cancellation is approved (before dispatch), your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
